Vintage black milk glass collector plate by Westmoreland Glass Company. Features a hand-painted white enamel "Mary Gregory" style scene of a boy with a dog and a rake. The plate measures approximately 8.5 inches in diameter and has an openwork "forget-me-not" lattice border. Manufactured in the mid-20th century. Good condition with wear consistent with age.
