Be alphabet signal flag from Set Number 6, dated Mare Island, July 1942. Constructed of red fabric with a yellow cross design, measuring approximately 35.5 by 31.5 inches. Features a reinforced hoist band, metal grommets, and attached rope with a metal clip. Worn areas, discoloration, and stains are consistent with age and use.
