A 10-inch diameter plate with a polished metallic finish and a detailed representation of the Notre Dame Cathedral’s West Rose Window at its center. Produced by the U.S. Historical Society in 1991, the reverse is engraved with ‘No. 5383 Notre Dame Cathedral, West Rose Window, © U.S. Historical Society, Made in U.S.A.’ Presented in a red-lined box, the plate exhibits minimal wear consistent with age and storage.
